      Leaves all real and personal wealth to "only and well beloved Daughter Mary Mewbourn" (states that wife, un-named, is dead), including quite a lot of jewellery. This all "lying and being in my Lodgings in the House of John Mewbourn in the Precinct afore" - presumably son John.
